SHORT FILM
A deep dive into the heart of Umbria’s most vibrant historical festival. This cinematic recap captures the grand parade of the Giostra della Quintana in Foligno, Italy. The film documents the solemn march of musicians, trumpeters, and horsemen as all ten Rioni (districts) carry their proud banners through the historic streets and into the main square in a single, powerful column.

The main goal of this project was to elevate traditional event coverage into a compelling visual story. By blending a high-end cinematic aesthetic with modern, fast-paced dynamic editing, the film highlights the contrast between timeless historical heritage and raw, modern energy. Shot entirely handheld, the camera moves organically with the crowd, capturing authentic emotions, the motion of the flags, and the intense atmosphere of the festival.
